Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled through our secure booking platform, Jane. By scheduling with us, you agree to our posted policies.
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit, can be used towards an office product purchase, or credited towards a service offered as long as your treatment is secured within 2 weeks of your original consult. Any consult credits outstanding for greater than 14 days, will be invoiced as consults and you will no longer be able to use them towards a service.
Cancellation / No show Policy
We are aware that unexpected events often lead to changes in clients schedules. When an appointment is reserved, multiple resources are set aside for your consultation or treatment to ensure you have a comfortable, safe, and outstanding experience.
No Shows - No shows will be an automatic charge of $100. Any deposits/credits will be put toward this fee and any outstanding fees will automatically be charged the additional amount owing.
No show fees must be paid prior to subsequent bookings.
Canceled and Rescheduled Appointments - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $100 fee applied to your credit card on file. If the appointment is re-scheduled within 2 weeks, $50 will be reimbursed as a credit toward your appointment.
**IV Vitamin Drips - A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments rescheduled/cancelled less than 24 hours forfeit the deposit (minimum $100) as the supplies are ordered and prepared specifically for the client.
Arriving Late for an Appointment - Please try to arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
Although we will do our best to accommodate you, arriving late for your appointment may result in your appointment time being reduced or be deemed a no show if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Gift Certificate & Gift Card Policy
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.
Payment Methods
We accept e-transfer, cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard and gift cards.
Gratuities
Although we appreciate the gesture, gratuities are not accepted due to the medical nature of the clinic.
Valuables
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, and encourage you to leave any valuables at home.
Treatment Options & Outcomes
We will be honest during all our interactions with you as our trusted client. We only recommend treatment plans that we feel will meet your goals and be safe for you. We will also recommend against treatments that we feel you are not a good candidate for.
Medical aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
