Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at The Derma Suite. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an product from the day you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase with you.

Services - Medical aesthetic treatments are non-refundable.  If you are not completely satisfied with your treatment, please book a follow-up appointment with the provider who performed the treatment, or email your concerns to thedermasuite@gmail.com

  • Package Sessions - Refunds are available on remaining package sessions as long as it is requested within the time specified within the package terms at the time of purchase.  Take home products included within package sessions are not refundable, and will be subtracted from the refund amount at the current list price. 


Products - Satisfaction is guaranteed for the following brands carried by The Derma Suite:  Biophora. 

If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, a full refund can be made.  To start the refund policy, please email thedermasuite@gmail.com the following information:

  • Your name

  • Products (Name and quantity) being returned:

  • Reason for the return:


Once your email has been received, we will review it and contact you to speak about concerns with the product, try troubleshooting if continuing with the product is something you're interested in, and may recommend a follow-up appointment for further assessment.  If you remain unsatisfied with the product, we will continue the refund process once the products are returned to the clinic.
